    an update again

    1) NUS IS shooters

    Please Train hard!
    Those who do not score within 1.5 points per series of their PBs for the competition will have to pay for their own.

    2) Holiday Schedule

    Plan out your holidays
    Work, Training, Slacking, etc. (Overseas holidays too!)
    By Wednesday Latest!

    3) Competition Plan

    Please complete and send to coach asap, LATEST SATURDAY.

    4) Duty Roster

    BEGINS.
    Please check for your duties and carry them out.

    5) June Training

    All will be training at HometeamNS during the holidays.
    A bus will be chartered on monday, 26th of May, morning, to fetch the weapons over.
    Please be present so as to understand where HTNS is, as well as how to get there.
    For those who cannot make it, please check with your teammates in the future as to how to get there.

    Training team shooters: Train your hearts out. Nationals is coming up. It's time to shine.
    Others: No stress. It's a great experience to be at HTNS to train. Nonetheless, you're still part of the team. Keep up the training, and support the others throughout!

    6) May SSA Monthly Shoot

    For Seniors, the same applies as per normal. Be prepared, rifle shooters for the later details please bring your suits home, unless you will be with us throughout.

    For Juniors
    1) please pack your weapons in their respective cases the day before (saturday).
    The cases must have your name and serial number on it.
    2) Rifle shooters, please bring along an empty but big enough suitcase to pack your suits to bring to SAFRA Yishun for the competition.
    3) Be punctual in the morning. The bus leaving school will be leaving on time.
    Time is unconfirmed for now. Please check back for more updates.
    4) Bring your equipment!
    Pellets! Your own pellets! Cards will be collected at the SAFRA before your details.
    5) Be mentally prepared.
    Have a competition plan in mind, and stick to it. (Use the competition plan you come up with, it would work.)

    a quick update then.

    1) Saturday, 10th May, compulsory meeting.
    Rifle shooters training, pistol shooters, come down latest 1130, earlier if u wish/have to train.
    The meeting will be regarding what coach has to say, a basic competition briefing for juniors (for those who know next to (zero) about competitions), and a compulsory meeting for J1s.

    2) Chalet
    Mr Chow has booked a chalet for us, 4th to 5th June, at aloha loyang. All VJ ARC members are welcome to come. (Argh, that sounds too formal, but my brain is too dead to paraphrase it.)

    3) JTS
    Tentatively, and most probably, will be on the 23th May, and Pizza Hut, Siglap.
    Juniors, please bring along five dollars (s$ 5) and pass it to audrey, who will be doing the collection of JTS money.

    4) Handover
    21st May, Wednesday, will be compulsory for ALL members (as is every wednesday).
    Handover will be held then. Please bring along a set of PE attire, in the event there is time to have pt or play games.

    5) Mastery Review
    Mastery Review. aka. Mini-comp.
    Held over 16th and 17th of May. (Mostly on the 17th May, Saturday.)
    Detailing/Schedule will be put up on the Barricade beside the rifle dry-firing area by Saturday.

    6) Online poll
    A reminder that audrey's blog poll regarding the designing of the range will closed tomorrow, 9th May, at midnight (or 12 in the morning of 10th May, if you prefer)
    The poll can be found in the post below.

    7) ARCishoot
    Victoria Junior College Air Rifle Club's very own feedback portal is now operational!
    Send an email to ARCishoot@hotmail.com if you have any feedback or ideas you think may be feasible!
    All you need is a title, a short description of your idea, and a budget (if any).
    The shooter who submits the best idea (which can be put into action) will receive a mystery prize.
    The deadline for submission of ARCishoot will be the 31st of July, 2359hrs.

    THE ARMY LOOK : ya know.. like camouflages, leafy, hardy, robust, NATURE ahh. smth like that yaw.
    THE ROYAL LOOK : basically things will be more royal lah. like the designs and all. more sophisticated
    THE STREET LOOK : like the small streets full graffiti, those.. cool cool look lah!
    THE FUNKY LOOK : super colourful look. cute stuff here and there. not exactly cute lah. but more HAPPY?
