VJC ARC

The Victoria Junior College Air Rifle Club

From the entrance of VJC, walk straight, along the road, until you reach the canteen.

The stairs beside the fruit juice stall that leads underground is the only way into our stronghold.

    HELLO!
    I'm audrey and
    I'm here to post.

JunHan was nice enough to leave me out during the talk with you guys after PT, so I'll just voice out the stuff here larh.
Well that is if you care enough to be reading this blog once in awhile.

    1.

I noticed that people lagging at the back started walking. I tell you if you continue walking you won't be able to catch up with the rest. You see I overweight one leh, but I never stopped! So healthy weight people like you guys should not stop too! And overweight people also don't stop!

The way you all stop and walk right, makes me feel like you all give up already or something. like, what's the point of running. You might be thinking, ARC run so much for what, not like we need to use a lot of stamina like other sports. just stand there shoot nia wad!

BUT RIGHT. this is a mental thing lorh. if you all don't even have the self-discipline and determination to tahan the running right, how are you all going to have those qualities to endure the trainings, and how are you all going to tahan the slumps if you ever fall into one?

Faster people can wait definitely no problem.
    Count that done.

But slower people right, we're not blaming you all for running slowly, just please, don't stop, and push yourself a little more.

I also ran at the back before.
I know what it feels like to be left behind running on your own.
But you also know, when the whole team waits for you,
You don't wanna make them wait.
You want to catch up with them too.
Havn't you felt like, you wanna be running at the front too?
    It's really very shiok HAHA!
So if you wanna experience it right, try to keep up kk?
Later on lag is okay, but starting already lag like dont know what.
    I don't see effort?

I actly did this small little mental experiment while running just now lah.
If I keep telling myself, I can keep up, and I tell myself there's so much oxygen everywhere for me to breathe. I can continue without being tired.

Then I tried going, oh mann... still got so long then reach school ahh... tired already... cannot lah. jingwei run so fast... how to follow...
then my heart stared beating faster, and i got very breathless.

then i quickly adjusted back the mentality.
SEE SEE! can one okay. just that you all dont believe you can do it.

    2.

I know all these ARC is closing down if we're not showing results
ARrange turning into a freakin dance studio truths are making us feel down.
But right, don't ever let these affect you in a negative way.

You all know shooting is a very mental sport right.
See it as an incentive to push and spurr you on to train harder.

Everytime I think of the future right, my tears will start falling.
    Because shooting it's quite unpredictable.
Some people naturally can shoot better than the others.
There are more slumps which you will fall into for this sport.
But the fate of the club really depends on us already.

    Sometimes, training darn hard,
going for trainings damn often during june or other periods,
even more often than some other people.
undergoing more stress because of competition,
under stress because they have been shooting lesser than you

    they still shoot better.
    effort sometimes, wont guarantee results.

    BUT

if you really really tried your best right.
    you won't regret.
    ever.

    3.

Actually that little club talk we had was, a bit ... down lah the mood.
    -wipes off chaili's tears-

I wanted to much to go in and go "let's have an ARC oosh fighting" then put hands together than RARHHHHHH.
    bring up the morale.
but like a bit the sudden O_O

    instead of the.
solemn but ... equally awakening speeches which i didnt participate in.
    HAHAHAHAHA.

    OK LARH.
so we'll all just jiayou together.
and if possible, suck all the funds from the other ccas to our club.
    mwehehehehe.
and retain it being a range.
    and.
HEAR OUR CLUB BEING MENTIONED ON STAGE
and have the whole school cheer for us.

    ARC GO GO FIGHTINGGGGG~

Yo! okay an announcement to the IP1s, though slightly unrelated to ARC. I'll bring my laptop down on friday, 24th Oct, for those who need advice on making their webfolios. I'll be there for most of the afternoon, so feel free to find me.

[Oh, thats if the range is open. if not, msg me on the day itself. probably go one of the T block classrooms, or one of the ip classes.]

    anyway, you'll need to have:
    1) your material (activities, particulars, etc.)
    2) rough idea of what you want
    3) pictures you want to put in
all ready. (no internet access? well maybe.)

Yupp. oh, sorry junhan i'm posting here about this. haha. but it IS beneficial to the members of the club =P

    Cheers,
    Esmond
